Terms of Service

Coaching sessions are undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

  1. Cancellations: 24 hours’ notice is required, or the session may be charged in full.

  2. Invoices: Issued on 7-day payment terms.

  3. Duration: Engagement may be ongoing, or package based as agreed.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

All client information is treated as confidential and stored securely in compliance with privacy law.

  1. Confidentiality may be broken only where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order).

  2. Any sharing of information with third parties (e.g., health professionals) will occur only with your explicit written consent.

  3. Records will be maintained, stored, and disposed of according to legal and ethical standards.
